Right to education of persons deprived of liberty in the "liberty privacy center" of Santo Domingo.

La Constitución de la República del Ecuador establece grupos de atención prioritaria a personas privadas de libertad, quienes por su situación son susceptibles a vulneración de derechos. El trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar el ejercicio del derecho a la educación de las personas privadas de libertad, mediante la fundamentación teórica, la investigación de campo y la Veeduría Ciudadana que tiene por nombre “Vigilar el cumplimiento del Acuerdo Interministerial 1 celebrado entre el Ministerio de Justicia, Derechos Humanos y Cultos y el Ministerio de Educación…; en el Centro de Rehabilitación Social Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas”, con la finalidad de que se propongan y ejecuten acciones a favor de la rehabilitación y reinserción social de las personas privadas de la libertad.The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador establishes priority attention groups for persons deprived of liberty, who due to their situation are susceptible to violation of rights.
